ONEXPAND INFORMATION OVERLAY SYSTEM with SUPPORT TICKETS, SAP BUSINESS ONE & CHAT

Dream it.

Camlab experienced duplication of effort in customer support due to the use of multiple ticketing systems.  This duplication of effort caused customer frustration and delays which Camlab wanted to resolve and improve.

Build it.

We built a customised ticket system that has SAP Business One integration built in, using our ONEXPAND Platform. Camlab was able to easily visualise and prioritise customer requests and assign and move tasks between specific work groups across the whole organisation. Improving accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction

What happened next?

Camlab saw significant improvements in order entry times, tracking, and work environment after implementing ONEXPAND. Onexpand integrated data from SAP Business One, sales history, quotes, invoices, and chat transcripts to provide a complete picture of the customer contact points. This allowed Camlab to prioritise urgent orders and enquiries, and to measure performance and set daily completion goals.

As a result, NPS score increased from 47 to 60 in 6 months.

Having tried a number of leading ‘off the shelf’ ticketing systems Camlab Ltd sought a better solution from SMEPMS to help deal with the large amount of incoming emails and requests from customers. Working with our developers they have now created a customised Onexpand ticket system that has SAP B1 integration and has dramatically improved the service they can offer to customers. Using a system of ticket status and priorities, Camlab can easily visualise and prioritise customer requests and assign to specific work group teams across the whole organisation. After a short bedding-in period they are seeing dramatic improvement in order entry times, better tracking and most importantly the staff can see the ‘wood for the trees,’ making for a lower stress work environment despite the ever increasing sales volume.
