Muc-Off wanted an easy-to-use CRM system that would allow sales representatives to store customer information and track sales results. Capturing additional data during customer visits, importing visit schedules and records into ONEXPAND from a spreadsheet was also required.

Build it.

We worked with Muc-Off to build a bespoke CRM solution that allows sales reps to access customer information from a single site, capture data remotely, and sync data with SAP Business One. The solution includes a custom CRM dashboard that updates in real time for the team.

What happened next?

Muc-Off now have a new CRM Software. Sales Reps can enter data on their mobiles during customer visits, including feedback, product recommendations, and sales leads. Custom dashboards provide extended visibility across the business, for all departments. Customer Visits can now be scheduled and imported via spreadsheet, reducing manual data entry and giving total calendar visibility.

Integrating the CRM into the back office system reduced duplication of effort.

Overall, the new CRM system has been a success for Muc-Off. It has improved customer service, increased sales, and saved time and money.
