POINT OF SALE (POS) linked to SAP BUSINESS ONE BACK OFFICE

Dream it.

Rockshop wanted a POS system that could be used in their showroom and that would update discount groups. They also wanted to provide discounts for customers who travelled to visit the shop, and to list all paid orders and credit notes generated by customers on the EPOS.

Build it.

We built a bespoke POS system that integrated with SAP Business One. It included POS screens and a tailored UI with customer discounts for costs. Other POS features, such as barcode scanning, layaways, on-screen keyboards, payments, stock enquiries, & comprehensive till reports.

What happened next?

Rockshop was able to commission the POS tills in the facility after the initial setup and user testing period. This reduced duplication of effort and enabled Rockshop staff to make key customer enquiries from the POS, such as paid orders, credit notes, and top 20 items purchased. They were also able to capture the special accommodation and travel discounts on the POS screen, which would be fed back into the SAP Business One system via the ONEXPAND integration.

This integration has made it easier for Rockshop staff to manage their customer data and provide better customer service.

Managing customers and their data has become so much easier since we went live with our new system. It means we can focus on our customers much better and can handle enquiries and queries with ease
