Our registered office is at 30 Clover Drive Poole Dorset BH17 7US. We are a registered member of the ICO and our Registration Number is Z1754813. Your use of the Site will be subject to these terms and conditions and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and the terms of the privacy policy from time to time by changing them on the Site.  These terms and conditions were last updated on 01/10/2009.

Access to the Site

It is your responsibility to ensure your computer system meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site and is compatible with the Site.  We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us. You must ensure that any registration details you provide are accurate. If you choose, or you are provided with, a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else. Website Competition Rules

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for our employees or anyone else connected with the competitions. Overseas entries will not be considered.  By entering into a competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the terms of the privacy policy.  Depending on the nature of the competition there may be additional rules imposed by us and each competition may be subject to its own express terms. You must provide us with your name and e-mail address to enter a competition. We will only use your personal details in accordance with our privacy policy.   Only one entry will be accepted per person. The site Editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be contacted personally by email. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.  Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. We do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet or postal service and proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted by us for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.  We reserve the right to cancel a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.

General

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, under English law, be limited or excluded. Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses. Any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable.  Subject to this, if you are a consumer and not a business user, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable, and if you are a business user, in no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill or other similar losses. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between us regarding them or the Site will only be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you are a consumer and not a business user and live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there. Non-personal information

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect non-personal information about you, such as the type of internet browser you use, the website from which you have come to the Site and your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on the Site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.  The Site uses cookies to store certain information.
